- BB OHP, 3 sets, 60 lbs, 8, 8, 8.
- Close grip bench, 3 sets, 95 (10), 105 (10), 115 (6).
- 1.5 lateral raises, 2 sets, 10 lbs, 10, 10.
- OH carry, 2 sets, 25 lbs, 60 steps each. Last set was tough.
- Back extensions, 2 x 10, no weight.
- Rotator cuff external rotation, 1 x 15, 5.5 lbs.
Did elliptical after. 20 min. 4 min L1, L2, L3, 5 min L4. Max HR 164. Distance 2.37 mi.
Sauna ~20 min.
IF was 18 hours. Ate at ~3PM.
