plan was for 2 x 3 tempo intervals, possibly 3 x 2. did 1st 2 miles (6:13, 6:20), 2 min recovery and decided shortly into the 2nd set to bail.....workout turned into the 2 miles at threshold, 1 mile easy, then 3 miles sub-MP pace (6:51, 6:45, 6:46).
was muggy....73 dew point. temp around 80.
