- 1 1/2 lateral raises. 2 x 10, 10 lb DBs.
- Lying triceps extensions, 2 x 12, 20 lb DBs.
- SS with waiter curls, 2 x 12, 30 lbs.
- OH carry, 25 lb DBs, 2 x 55 steps.
- Rotator cuff cable external rotation, 2 sets with 5.5 lbs. 15, 12.
- Back extension, 1 x 10, no weight.
