Copying Shawn Conway. Tried the Moneghetti fartlek workout. The 4 x 15 sec set kind of fell apart - right hamstring started to really act up. Hopefully it's nothing.
it is a fun workout. I have it programmed in phone so dont have to look at watch it beeps. I try to use the same exact route (5k thanksgiving race around lake) and where I finish i know what type of shape i am in. thanks for sending. I was planning on doing fartlek anyway that day and saw what you did. figured I'd give it a go. hammy...possibly sciatic nerve involved...still a bit achy. few days of easy runs ahead....hoping that helps
