2 mile warm up starting at 9:05 pace, 0.5% incline. built up to 2% incline, 7:47 pace.
did 1/4 mile hill repeat pyramid - added 1% every repeat, recoveries were at 1%. all at 7:47 pace. top was 8% then came back down. was really hard in the 6-8% ranges. after the 4%, just dropped 1% every 1/4 mile.
1098 feet of elevation gain.
