- during warmup, did 5 laps pushing the sled with 25 lbs on it.
- Leg press, 3 x 12, 90, 140, 180 (weight not including machine).
- 1 leg press, 2 x 8, 90 lbs.
- 1 leg squats, 2 x 12, no weight.
- 1 leg step ups w/swing, 2 x 12, no weight.
- ball curls, 2 x 12.
- band fire hydrants, 2 x 12.
- standing calf raises, 2 x 8, no weight.
- KB swing, 2 x 20, 35 lbs.
