Notes

did some core stuff.

3 sets of 30 sec 1 leg stand on foam pad.

circuit (3 sets):

- 5 pull-ups,

- 20 push-ups, tough to finish last one

- 5 rows,

- 5 d-bell sh press (30 lbs). really tough to finish last one - probably should drop down to 25 lbs
