lifted legs - lower 2 then ran on the treadmill.

did 4 hill repeats - 1st 2 with 1 min recoveries then increased recoveries to 2 min. all at 8:57 pace. 6%, 8%, 6%, 6%. tried to match last week's hill workout, too tough.
