before swim - did 15 leg, knee raises. 20 sit-ups, 25 twists (10 lb ball), 10 back extensions.
did 30 elevated push-ups, 10 pull ups, 12 sh press (30 lb d-bells), 10 TRX rows.
hope I didn't lose count on the # of laps....otherwise that would be a fastest pace for me.
sat in sauna for a few minutes after.
