Notes

Rogue gripper training.

- Did 1 x 10 with regular and inverted grip and 10 second hold with regular grip of the G and S.

- Did 1 x 5 with regular and inverted grip and 10 second hold with regular grip of the T. Even better this time. Not quite able to complete the 1 x 10 with the left hand for the T.
