treadmill hills.
started at 9:05 pace, 0.5% incline. added 1 click of speed every 0.1 mile until 2 mile mark (8:00 pace). also, increased elevation by 0.5% every 1/2 mile. increased speed to 7:47 at 2.25 miles and continued increasing elevation until 4.5% thru 4.5 miles. started to back off on the speed but kept increasing elevation until 6% thru 6. then dropped to 2% and tried to finish at a faster pace. tough workout. left hammy tingled a bit late as pace increased. was trying to get to 7.5 miles at 1 hr. came in a bit short.
