PT, TOTAL BODY
- 2 and 1 leg press, 1 leg squat, walking lunges, fire hydrants, 1 leg RDL, physio ball hamstring curls, 2 leg BOSU squat
- Bench press, 135, 150, 165, 165; 4 x 6.
- Chin ups, no weight, 10, 8, 5.
- OH carry, 25 lb DBs, 2 x 65 steps.
- 1 1/2 lateral raises, 10 lbs, 2 x 12, 10.
- Wrap around row, 2 sets.
- Face pulls, 2 x 15.
Did gripper training later.
Also, took 40 swings (20 heavy, 10 light, 10 regular), than did the wrist hitting drill, than hit 10 soccer balls off the tee.
