- dumbbell tricep extensions 15 lbs

- dumbbell drop squat 65 lbs

- Romanian Deadlift (RDL) - 2 sets of 12 - 65 lbs.

- back extensions with 10 lb plate rows at top. 1 set of 10.

- angels and devils - 1 set of 15.

- did back corrective before and after.

- hit and threw 30 balls after.
