Right calf and hip felt a little tight. But nothing like the last 2 runs, when I had to cut my workouts short. Once I have a couple months worth of solid data, it'd be great to have someone more knowledgeable take a look. The LHR gurus are running 11-12 minutes per mile in the high 130 bpm. I can run between 9:15-9:30 miles at the same HR, but they have sub 3:30 marathons. What gives?
