Was expecting to feel more sore, or suffer a drop off in performance, for having run at this pace for 2 days in a row. BUT, felt darn good. Polar was acting up for the first 3 miles, but I was hovering around 130 for the 3rd mile. Reset the watch for the last 3 miles, and bounced around high 130s and low 140s at 6.5 speed. Now if I could just continue improving so that I was running 8 minutes miles at this pace ....
