Felt great. First 2 miles, HR stayed around 130. After raising the speed to 6.6, rose to a bit below 140. Spiked a bit to 145 with 1.5 miles left, so lowered speed to 6.5. Sweat quite a bit, but it was a good run. Can't imagine keeping up that pace for a full marathon though, even though MAF HR is obviously well below race pace HR.
