Wasnt sure whether or not to call this a race or interval. I went with interval because if i said race then it would've wanted to say i have a three mile pr of 15:45 which isnt true. I didn't feel as bad as i did last week. I feel like i should be able to run a hokum faster than that though. At least after the first mile i passed people and wasn't passed myself, i count that as somewhat of a success.
