decent race overall but very hot out. went out a touch faster than it turns out i was able to hold but i was able to be tucked in which helps a lot.
caught Thomas on the last lap and couldnt quite get him. i closed in a 72 even though i damn near collapsed in the last 50 meters. good effort. Coach thought that if it had been cooler out i would have been near my PR. I dont think the temperature was worth 23 seconds but i think it may have been worth 12-15.
Fastest time i have run with CAR regardless. Also the dragonfly spikes are exceptionally good
