Notes

pretty good session today. After the 8 minute interval we got 2 minutes recovery. after the first 3 of the 3 minute ones we got 90 seconds. and after the 4th 3 minute one we got 2 minutes in anticipation for the 6 minute one. Definitely made a big mistake drinking some coke and eating some chocolate about an hour before this.
