nice run on the trail today. Lots of rain and therefore the trails were wet but it was warm enough to run shirtless for the first time this year. its one of those days that you really enjoy going for a run. It was the first day that i didn't totally put the hurt on bobby this week too. he struggles with those bloomington hills
