Distances approximated and averaged together as usual. This was a sharper quicker session than normal. I think the grass loop was a little longer today. closer to 480 than it was 475. I wish they were allowed to leave the flags that mark it down all week so that it didn't change but oh well.
Felt pretty sore after the first 5 minutes and just tried to stay composed. I think this is going to be a tough week of training since I am not racing but that is alright. I am also thinking that 75 miles needs to happen instead of just the 70 a week I have done the last 3 weeks
