two minutes rest after the first 8 minutes and after the last 3 minute interval. 90 seconds in between the other 3 minute intervals.
This was a solid session. I was a lot closer to Nick this time than I had been in any time in the past. I ran all of the intervals in the top 4 guys of the group which was good. I struggled home on the last 8 minute run but I did just about as well as anyone else did on it. Looking forward to racing 15km at parliament hill saturday
