Notes

8 minute tempo followed by 2 minutes rest and then sets of a K split up as 600 then 400, 800 then 200 and finally a pair of 500s. After the first interval we had 90 seconds rest and after the second we had 2 minutes. The 100s we had a minute rest and then between the last 100 and the second 8 minute tempo we had 2 minutes.

Overall another pretty good workout. Definitely not as fresh as one could hope for b/c of yesterday but it was much more successful than last week which is huge. My teammate James was beating me pretty soundly last week and this week I finished with him or right behind him on everything except for the final 8 minute tempo in which I finished ahead of him by about 20 meters or so. Either way it was a good session.

I had some trouble staying ahead of this girl named Kelly on the 100s. She is the fastest girl by far on the regular interval stuff but she was especially so on the 100s. I tried not to be too distracted by her six pack abs as well, which I think is pretty hot but I might be in the minority there.

Anyway it was a productive day on the grass for sure.
