I ran pretty well today. It was kind of a weird race as far as who beat who. I got passed by buck around 3.5k which isn't surprising. I was holding on to him until about 5.5k but then he destroyed me in the last part of the race. I got a chance to look at the results after we got back and despite being 8th on our team i was no worse than 6th on any other squad. Including Belleramine who is ranked well in D2 but apparently they do not go any deeper than five people. I have still been having pain on the ball of my right foot on the right end below the last two toes. My new shoes have definitely been helping me with that though.
