This was excellent. i ran well within myself early and that allowed me to have very dynamic 5th and 6th laps. I ran a 4:56 first mile and came back in a 4:58 but considering the amount of passing and the distance i made up on people i am more than happy with a 2 second spread. Before the start of this season my pr was a 10:22 so i have dropped 28 seconds in the two mile this season. That is huge. Right now it seems like a remote possibility but i would love nothing more than to race this Saturday. if i don't well then shit is about to get real at IU the following friday. I have been feeling great the last few days and it has been showing in the effort and quality in my workouts.
