Notes

This was miserable. I felt good on the 200s at the start and the first mile. I just didn't recover well at all in the two minutes we got. trying to run a 5 for the first one was ambitious to say the least but i wanted to run with ryan so that i wasn't out there by myself the entire time. It'll get better. This workout was harder than what i did this time last year, though i may have handled it a little better then.

Calves feel like they have bricks on the bottoms of them. Absolutely terrible. Part of it is spiking up again but im staying on top of stretching icing and rolling them out and everything.
