Notes

the workout was 4x800 at 2:38-2:42 with two minutes standing rest. then 4x800 at 2:26-34 with four minutes rest. so we were on the faster end of those times and it felt pretty comfortable. my calves (mostly my right one) were killing me. Grastening is a huge mistake. I have a hand sized bruise on the bottom of my right calf. hopefully when it heals my legs are going to feel a lot better. if not i am going to be really pissed
