there are no two ways about this: this was a really good run.

got a weird cramp in my calf that was something that had been giving me some grief earlier in the week but it wasnt enough to ruin a really good day. it was low 50s, cloudy and drizzling but it was JUST warm enough and the wind was mild enough that it was cooling rather than being cold and miserable. then i ran really really well. this was 16 miles with no nutrition taken on during the run and that is a really good sign, especially considering how hilly the route is
