Notes
This run was brutal. Lots of hills and unfortunately a ton of traffic on Union Valley Road which is a bit narrow for my liking. The heel pain i have been having in my left foot is still persisting. It isn't getting any worse though and is certainly well within the range of tolerable pain so i will just continue to ignore it i guess.
