These distances are approximations. The workout itself were timed runs of 8min then 3x3min then 8min and 3x2min. The 3 minute runs and the 8 minute runs had 90 seconds rest and the 2 minute ones had 60 seconds. On the ones with 90 seconds rest you also needed to get back to the start line of the grass loop. The loop was somewhere between 450 and 500 meters I think. Or at least that is what I got based on the effort level put forth and how fast I thought I was going. However there was a large amount of wind to contend with on the back straight of the loop. I was pretty successful driving into that wind though.

Overall I am happy with the session and am hopeful and looking forward to racing this saturday. That is as much about the race as it is hanging out with the people from the team. Apparently there is a rather fun party the night after the meet. That should be fun.
