to alleviate some soreness i ran a 5k on the iu couse with buzzy. Tim Schoch from Haverford joined us. Apparently this year he isn't going to make the same mistake he did last year in indoor by skipping out on the mile for the dmr. I figure that is smart. He has to like his chances for being in contention for the national title based on the 1500 last outdoor season.
