Had 4x200 strides with 200 jog in between. I was torching these. The first one was about 28 seconds. I don't normally do these with a watch but dalton was with me and he timed them. I think the rest of them were probably at an average of about 30. The rest of the run felt fine. i thought i might have some issues cause i ate a piece of pizza right before the run but i didn't even notice.
