3 minutes of standing rest after each of the 800s. pretty gratuitous rest honestly
pretty straightforward workout. The paces we were doing were not that fast so I felt pretty good. I was taxed a little bit on the 800s but not very much. Pretty confident that I would be good for a 4:45 to 4:50 mile right now. Definitely better than I could have done about 4 weeks ago.
