shitty shitty shitty. i don't know what the hell is wrong with me right now. i am going to need to double that effort next weekend in the 10k to hit the mean. I think one factor is sleep. I am not saying the issue is getting at best six hours of sleep before the race, though that didn't help. I think it is more along the lines of the fact that i haven't been sleeping enough at night during the week. I need to make a better effort to get to bed earlier. I am also going to take it a little easier on my legs when i lift. i think i kinda screwed myself over by doing so much lifting with my legs all week and so it wasn't there when i went for it in the race and workouts.

This shit can't fly, i know i am faster than this and i just need to start showing it. Coach:expect a visit from me sometime this week so we can talk about the more mental parts of racing. I think i could use a little help with that before next saturday, if nothing else i need to be convinced of the fact that i am fit enough to run under 33:20
