not sure on the time for this but i think it was about 4:40 since i heard 4:38 for horner. I am okay with that time but i really feel like i should have beaten horner. I think maybe i went too early and gave him a chance to get me back b/c i know i have better speed then him on the short sprint. I was trying to make sure that kid from Grace college didn't catch us though because losing to him would be about 100 times worse then losing to a wabash guy.
I wasn't sure until about 200 to go or so that we would actually catch Josh. A slow first lap had horner and myself still at a significant disadvantage with 3 laps to go. We made up a ton of distance on that third lap i think and then finished it off with a solid finishing lap.
