3x800 with 800 jog and 2(3x300 cutdowns with 300 rest)
Because the track was a 1/6 of a mile track I did 1 lap instead of 300s. so those were 267 meters a piece.
The 800s were 2:14, 2:13, 2:08
The 267s were 46 on the slow end and 40 on the fast. Not sure what the comparable 300 is and I don't feel like doing the math
The turns on this track still totally suck. They killed my momentum especially on the 267s. I wont mind getting back on the college's track
