golf course, then a little bit of trail, then me fucking around on in town for another 2 miles until i finished up. ran with ginebaugh, billy, and togi. Felt good considering i slept MAYBE 7 hours and yesterday involved both a race and 5 hours on a bus. Weather was decent and it is nice to be done with my long run so early
