everyone was moving pretty slow today. might've been the rain and the combination of pre-meet and post-workout that ppl were trying to deal with. i felt fine though, other than being cold. should be a good day tomorrow though. i slept a lot last night and hopefully can get another good night plus a nap tomorrow.
