very hot out at Fort Ord. 97 degrees for the start down to 86 when i finished. no shade the first 4 miles, a bit of shade the next 6 and lots of shade the final 6 because the sun had started to get lower.
this was hard especially stepping up from only 12 last sunday. the good news is that I am definitely going to have an easier time with 16 next weekend
