Notes
This was a pretty good race for me. i competed well throughout though i think i was a little overly ambitious early. A lot of the race i was within a few seconds of Mahone and i think the two of us worked well off eachother. i also ran as tough as possible from 2.5-4 miles. I reeled in Sean and was trying to catch hoover. Mahone and i couldn't make up the ground in that last mile. I was REALLY pleased that i got a shirt for the day. First thing i have gotten from a competition since high school! Across the whole team i think we did pretty well too.
