pretty happy with this. The first dedicated tempo I have done since leaving OCS. I am not very fast or anything but this is still a nice run. I ran 8 miles this morning and then I lifted during the day and I felt the soreness of both of those. I also am happ with this effort since the route I did is not exactly flat or anything. Not a bad starting point here but there is a lot of improvement to be had.
We will see where I am at in a few weeks. Might do another couple of sessions between now and then. Maybe do one with a little more rest under my belt first.
