40%RH. Rest period after first 2 miles - was thinking about going farther but decided not to because of time constraints with JUONS CDR. Rested after 3rd mile because either blood sugar was low or (and) I was overheating (I was wearing a long sleeve cotton shirt). Couldn't slow down to 9-min miles. Both knees hurt a little and left leg weakness on the gentle but fast decline but went away with adjustment to stride length and after end of slope. No posterior right-knee pain or tightness like in yesterday's run.
