Notes
Supposed to be 2 miles warm-up, 8 miles@7:45, 5@7:05, then 2 mile cool down. Almost went well, but then fell apart and couldn't do that 5th 7:05 mile. Or thought I couldn't. Wish I had. Now feeling super concerned. Completely blowing up like this shouldn't happen on a relatively easy workout. The 7:45's felt harder than they should have. The first 2 7:05's felt refreshing, but then I lost it.
