St. Patrick's Day Dash Seattle -- fun activity for a rainy Sunday morning. Much improvement over the last time I did this race, though forgot about the uphill challenge! I am very happy with the result, though I didn't really feel 'into' it today. I didn't have any oomf at the end, didn't feel like 'racing', wasn't motivated by people passing me, but enjoyed it as I would a tempo run. Good times. Wonderful to see Lia, then Kerry and Maureen going the other direction. Toffer did great job at going more than double the distance of our training runs, awesome! Thanks Toffer for a great morning!
Oh yeah, and calf surprisingly fine!
