Tried to do a track workout on my own in the morning, as usual this did not go well. Messed up the distance measuring for the first 3 reps, finally did the right thing the last 2. At least the pace seemed probably about right. Was supposed to start at 6:32 and speed up by 3 second each interval. Felt fatigued and flat. Headwind was annoying. But then, it was out of the way!
