I'm calling this a tempo run based on the effort level the first 2 miles of this run. The 2nd mile doesn't look that fast, but some of it was on a trail, so it was still a hard effort. Overall a harder effort than I planned for today. Hoping my ham-ass doesn't scream at me tomorrow. This was my first run after a week off for hopefully healing my hamstring tendon. Followed the run by 600 mg ibuprofen and ice to tip the scale in my favor. And foam rolling.
