Pushups (knees) 2x15, tricep dips (2x15), planks (front) 2x1 min. Curtsy steps on bosu ball, 3x10 I think? Single calf raises on Bosu ball 3x10. Hip abduction machine 2x10...I forget how much weight. All at MLM prior to swim lessons.
