Forgot to put my foot pod on my new shoes so I don't have pace data uploaded. It was 6.0mph for the easy parts, 7.7 mph for the faster parts. I hadn't in a few extras during my "cool down" to kill the time/distance. Foam rolled my R side and stretched after.
