Tempo-Interval workout. 15 min warmup, 2x 2miles at 7.2 mph (last 0.5 of each repeat at 7.3mph). 5 min jog at ~6.0 between reps. 15 min or so cool down jog. 1% incline throughout.
Wore heart rate monitor and footpod. Footpod splits aren't accurate because I hadn't recalibrated it yet. Overall time/distance is correct however. Footpod was putting me faster than I actually was.
Pre-run drills: high knees, butt-kicks, quick feet, goose steps.
