A lost day, running-wise. The HHS track was disappointingly locked tight, so I headed for the hills of Lake Sonoma.
I was out of sorts when I arrived a half hour later at the No Name Trailhead. After jogging a short way, I was annoyed that my best everyday road shoes were covered in a thick layer of trail dust.
I was plodding on reserve energy. Turned around and called it a day.
